I hold a BA in sociology from Hunter College and am currently pursuing my MS degree in the Applied Digital Sociology Program at Hunter College. My research interests largely focus on immigration within the United States. Throughout my time in the ADS master's program, I've studied how different immigration statuses within the Latino community affect their interaction with digital technologies (for example, undocumented Latino immigrants and digital work verification systems). Currently, I am researching ICE enforcement across the U.S and how it shapes the narrative of illegality on social media and the impacts enforcement has on the immigration population.

When I'm not researching and writing papers, you can find me exploring and trying out different hobbies and skills! Right now on my learning list are:

• Jewelry making

• Baking
